Christopher Stott,
Chair of the Board
Christopher Stott is the Founder and CEO of the regulatory and orbital frequency services company, ManSat Ltd. He is also a founder of Odyssey Moon Ltd. (recently acquired by Space Services Holdings) and the International Institute of Space Commerce, among others.
Chris was previously Director of International Commercialization & Sales for Lockheed Martin Space Operations' $3.4 billion Consolidated Space Operations Contract with NASA. He came to Lockheed Martin from the Boeing Space & Communications Company where he worked International Business Development for the Delta Launch Vehicle program.
He received his BA (Hons) from the University of Kent and a Masters of Space Sciences from the International Space University.
Karen George,
Main Board Director
Karen George is an Associate with Ralph S. O’Connor & Associates, prior to which she was Vice President and Controller of Highland Resources, Inc. She began her career with Ernst & Young and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Karen received her BA from Rice University and a Master of Accounting from Rice University's Jones Graduate School of Business.
Steven Beasley,
Main Board Director
Stephen Beasley is a highly successful corporate executive and industry leader with over 35 years of diverse management experience in the energy and chemical industries. He is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Eaton Group Inc., an executive solutions and strategic investment firm. Until recently, he served as President of El Paso Corporation’s Eastern Pipeline Group and was a member of El Paso Corporation’s nine-member Corporate Executive Committee.
Carol Goldstein,
Main Board Director
Carol Goldstein is a veteran investment banker with a career spanning 25 years on Wall Street where she specialized in the commercial satellite and telecommunications industries at both ABN AMRO and Morgan Stanley.
Former VP of Finance at Odyssey Moon, Carol brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in financing,capital markets and corporate transactions.
Jay Honeycutt
Main Board Director
Jay L. Honeycutt's experience spans over 40 years of successfully managing and operating large-scale engineering, technical and operational activities, including serving as Director of the NASA Kennedy Space Center from 1995-1997 and Director of Shuttle Management and Operations from 1989-1995. Following his distinguished career with NASA, Honeycutt became President of Lockheed Martin Space Operations from 1997-2004.
Eric Tilenius,
Main Board Director
Eric Tilenius is currently Executive-in-Residence at Scale Venture Partners (Foster, CA) focused on consumer Internet and mobile applications. Prior to ScaleVP, Eric was general manager for Zynga, where he ran Mafia Wars and Zynga’s other MMO games, setting records for Daily Active Users and monetization on those franchises. Eric also ran Zynga’s corporate-wide player retention and engagement efforts.
Before Zynga, Eric was an active angel investor, founded two companies, and served as CEO of three companies, all of which had successful exits (two IPO’s and one acquisition). Eric holds an M.B.A. from Stanford University and a B.A. in Economics from Princeton University.
